An exploration of the human-nature interconnection through corporeal, embodied feeling.
I created an abstract visual narrative to portray an intuitive search for deep awareness, oneness and totality with nature and its elements.
As a collective we are becoming ever more detached from the natural world and desensitised to the urgency of the climate crisis.
We are drained with wading through jargon, impersonal campaigns and green-washing in mass-media and culture. This project encourages an empathetic approach which concentrates on the individual, phenomenological relationship we have with nature, situating ourselves in personal experience amongst it. A search to return to nature, something which we have forgotten but truly need.
